Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site — the contact form, a booking form, or a newsletter opt-in — we collect the fields you submit: typically your name, email, company, phone number, and anything you type in the message field.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data through cookies and analytics tools: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and device type. We use this to understand what’s working on the site and to troubleshoot issues.

Information from third parties. If you book a call through GoHighLevel or Calendly, those platforms share your calendar event with us. If you engage us as a client, we may store additional information (billing address, payment details via our processor) as needed to deliver the project.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Reply to your inquiry and schedule calls
  • Send you proposals, contracts, and invoices if you become a client
  • Send occasional emails about our services, insights, or new offerings (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. Tools and Services We Use

We use a few third-party services to run the business. Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:

  • GoHighLevel — CRM, scheduling, email/SMS automations
  • Google Analytics — site traffic and behavior analytics
  • Google Workspace — email and document storage
  • Hostinger — website hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing (for clients)

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email if we have your address.
