Why we started SpotDevs
We kept hearing the same story from founders: "My stack is a mess, my team is drowning, and I can't find anyone who actually understands both the tools and the business." Big agencies charge $30k for a Zapier setup you could ship in a week. Solo freelancers disappear after launch. We wanted a middle option — senior operators, transparent pricing, real ownership of the outcome.
Today we work with agencies, coaches, and service businesses who've outgrown their spreadsheets but aren't ready for a full ops team hire. Every engagement starts with a paid audit, ships in 2–6 weeks, and ends with a documented system you can run without us.
What we believe
- Ship in weeks, not quarters. If a project stretches past 60 days, something's wrong — usually scope creep we should've caught.
- Fixed price, fixed scope. You shouldn't have to worry about hour-counting. Price is agreed before we start.
- Own the outcome, not just the deliverable. We measure success by the metric you care about — leads, hours saved, revenue — not by how many workflows we built.
- Tools are not strategy. No one wants "a Zapier". They want less chaos, faster follow-up, fewer dropped balls. We start with that.
